To the question, who is this training in the methods from the Apothecary of Poetry for, I answer immediately:
YOU!
I mean this completely seriously. We need to dust off the poetry in us and around us. Open up, feel our senses, and relinquish ourselves to verse.
Verse above all. Verse is close to our existence, and it is the key to becoming aware of our selfhood.
Verse reads us before we read it. Verse sparks from our pulse and compels us to write it down. Verse is a concentration of what is important. To become conscious of how interwoven it is and to embolden oneself to give in to verse is important for everyone.
I, therefore, recommend training to work with verse:
- to everyone who works in the educational system, from kindergarten to university: so as to approach working with their students with more inspiration, clarity, and versatility; for greater relaxation in tasks, to develop one’s flexibility and personal capabilities
- to medical workers, social workers, doctors, psychologists, therapists, and caregivers: training encourages a holistic approach to personality, it encourages poeticizing emotions and states – the awareness of these states is a prerequisite for effective therapy, training encourages the strengthening of a client’s awareness of their own body and its possibilities; pain is a bodily and poetic dimension and when written about, it becomes a balm
- to philosophical advisors, mentors, and coaches working in all sectors
- The APMC is one of the requirements for all who would like to join my team and work further with us approaching the cracks in a holistic personality with verse
- for those who write or would like to: for a thought-out search for one’s own dictionary and its relaxed use
- for those who read: how to read poetry, why to read poetry; add your color to the world
- for school and university students
- for lifelong learning
- for nurturing and encouraging curiosity, experience, and perseverance in the new unknown
